“Who Benefited?”

In this highly complex, high profile real estate fraud case, a large number of plaintiffs wanted to blame our client for the losses perpetrated on them by a third party, a party with whom they participated in the fraud.

Working closely with co-counsel and the jury consultant, we strategized almost 80 demonstratives for mock trial and trial, including this closing animation that showed the meager and unlikely value that such a fraud would represent to a reputable firm like our client.

The jury agreed, finding our client not guilty in 17 of the 19 plaintiff suits, and awarding token damages in the other two.
