Plaintiff Co-Counsel: Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann and Lowenstein Sandler
“POC accounting procedure was misused”

Problem:
In this high-profile securities case, the number of complex –sometimes arcane- facts that the jury needed to retain during deliberation was considerable.

Solution:
Among the over 30 tactical comparative graphs, timelines and animations we designed and produced for plaintiff’s trial, was this animated metaphor-based demonstrative.

Using a simple road construction theme, plaintiff co-counsel was able to educate jurors quickly and clearly about the different and appropriate GAAP-approved accounting methods. This allowed jurors to understand intuitively what was a reasonable method to use under the circumstances.
