Problem:
A long-employed doctor was suing a large national health institution for wrongful termination and he was suing for major damages. Ostensibly, the doctor’s years with the organization were in his favor.

Solution:
Working closely with defense counsel, her team and the hospital’s in-house counsel, we developed more than 10 strategic demonstratives, including this (scrubbed) interactive timeline that clearly documented the doctor’s trail of bad behavior and the negative performance evaluations, counseling and warnings he’d received on his road to termination.

Just days prior to trial the case settled favorably for our client.
