Defense Counsel: Curiale Dellaverson Hirschfeld & Kraemer

A small, but highly-specialized, high-security government chip manufacturer was sued by an employee for substantial back pay, claiming she was (1) let go without cause; and (2) not management and should have been paid for years of overtime.

Working with defense counsel and the president of the company, we strategized a dozen graphics for trial that provided foundation that (1) the employee left on her own volition; and (2) (see attached scrubbed interactive graphic) that she was integral to the firm and indeed management.

The jury concurred returning a verdict exonerating our client.
